We are excited to participate in Openhouse, an experience-based retail concept in conjunction with Partners Trust.
Located at 1728 Ocean Park Boulevard in Santa Monica.
Open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm thru October 29, 2016.
Partners Trust announced today the opening of its community outpost and experience-based retail concept, Openhouse. Located at 1728 Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica, the concept launches with a pop-up exhibit and interior installation by Hermosa Design, a lifestyle and interior design store led by Farnaz and Steve Reneker, a husband and wife team from Hermosa Beach, California.
Featuring an inviting, open floor plan, Openhouse will regularly showcase a collection of home decor and lifestyle vignettes from designers, boutiques, furniture makers and artists from the local community and throughout Los Angeles. All items showcased are available for purchase. For the concept, Partners Trust drew inspiration from the impeccably designed homes its associates represent on the Westside and across Los Angeles.
“We’re thrilled to open our doors at Openhouse and welcome the community in to be inspired and discover great design,” shared Nick Segal, CEO and Co-Founder of Partners Trust. “Openhouse will serve as a direct connection to the community for Partners Trust and our associates. We designed it to be a welcoming environment and evolving storefront experience as we partner with new designers and curate the retail experience, and we’re excited to have such exceptional neighbors, such as Love Coffee, Local Kitchen & Wine Bar, and Brooke Rodd.”
The inspiration for Hermosa Design’s installation and pop-up shop is beach contemporary featuring Scandinavian design decor pieces, original art, euro bicycle and summertime barware. Guests can discover furniture, art and accent pieces, along with a curated selection of design, architecture and lifestyle books. Hermosa Design’s pop-up installation will be on display through October 31, 2016.
“We wanted to cultivate a casual and inviting boutique experience that was inspiring to home design aficionados,” said Mark Kitching, Associate Partner at Partners Trust. “My colleagues and I are fortunate to represent and see some of the area’s most exceptional homes and interiors and are delighted to partner with Hermosa Design for our first installation. We’re bringing a taste of these homes into a storefront experience for the community to enjoy.”
Openhouse is located along the prime shopping and dining corridor along Ocean Boulevard in Santa Monica. The storefront outpost is located on the ground floor level, with Partners Trust’s primary real estate office located upstairs, along with sister company, Leverage Global Partners. Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am – 5pm.
It's National Great Outdoors Month so we highlight Blomus outdoor accessories, "turning inside out and outside in."
Our top picks include garden torches, candle holders, and fire pits designed with clean lines in stainless steel.
Torches not only create mood lighting, but citronella ones keep the bugs away. Candle holders with hurricane glass provide a cozy ambiance, without the flame blowing over by a breeze. Tabletop fire pits are a great alternative for intimate gatherings and small outdoor spaces.
