Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?

Yes. We are located in Hermosa Beach, California and are open to the public Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm and Saturdays from 11am-5pm.

Do you sell authentic designs or knock-offs?

As authorized dealers, we only sell licensed products from the original manufacturers. Knock-offs are viewed as illegal. 

Do you offer trade pricing or volume discounts?

Will my order be charged sales tax?

No sales tax will be charged unless you live in California, where a sales tax of 9% must be charged (sorry, it's the law).

What is the lead time of my order?

Availability of each item is listed in its description.  Most accessory items ship within 1 week, furniture or lighting items typically ship within 2 weeks. Special order items may take up to 6-12 weeks, depending on their availability and where they are shipping from. If you need to request expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate you depending on the circumstances.

Which carrier will be used to deliver my order (USPS, UPS, White Glove)?

You may choose your preferred delivery method for shipping when you place the order. Most items ship via UPS ground. Large furniture orders will be delivered by the most efficient method available at the time of delivery. You may also choose White Glove delivery for furniture items. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Hermosa Beach, California.
